General remarks and mandatory information
YES Medical Device Services GmbH considers it important to protect your private sphere and your personal data. In the following, we define our policy pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation.
Name of the controller
The controller for this website is:
YES Medical Device Services GmbH
Dr. Karin Lübbers, Managing Director
Am Houiller Platz 4
The controller shall determine, alone or jointly with others, the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Right to withdraw your consent to processing of data
Some data processing procedures may only be implemented with your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw your previous consent at any time, and can do so simply by emailing us. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
As data subject, you have the right, in cases where data protection legislation is violated, to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in matters of data protection is the data protection officer of the Federal State of Hesse (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive, or disclose to a third party, data which we have processed by automated means on the basis of your consent or in order to perform a contract. The data is provided in a machine-readable format. If you demand a direct transfer of the data to another controller, this only takes place where technically feasible.
Right of access and to rectification, restriction and erasure
You have the right, at any time and in accordance with the valid statutory provisions, to obtain, free of charge, information about your stored personal data, and about its source, the recipients of the data, and the purpose of processing. If necessary you can have this data rectified, restricted or erased. In this context, and whenever you have queries concerning personal data, you may contact us at any time at the aforementioned address.
For safety reasons, and to protect the transfer of confidential content you have sent to us, the website operator, our site makes use of SSL or TLS encryption. In this way, the data you submit to us via this website is not viewable to third parties. You can tell if a connection is encrypted by the “https://” address line in your browser and by the padlock symbol in the browser line.
Server log files
The website provider gathers and stores information automatically in server log files which is then transferred directly to us. This includes:
- the page accessed on our domain
- the date and time of the server request
- the type and version of browser used
- the operating system in use
- the referrer URL
- the hostname of the accessing computer
- the IP address
None of this data is combined with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
To protect personal data, 1&1 WebAnalytics does not utilise cookies. Visitors can be clearly identified, for example via the IP address and browser ID. At the same time, the IP address and browser ID are stored in an anonymised way, so that no conclusions can be drawn on the identity of individual visitors.
Of the data submitted in the contact form, only your contact data is stored, so that we can answer your queries or help you with follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data you have submitted in the contact form takes place only to the extent that you have given us your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR). You have the right to withdraw your previous consent at any time, and can do so simply by emailing us. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
We retain the data submitted in the contact form until you demand its erasure, withdraw your consent to store it, or because storage is no longer required. Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
Our website implements cookies. These are small text files which your browser stores on your terminal and which allow us to make our service more user-friendly, effective, and safe.
Some cookies, called “session cookies”, are erased automatically at the end of your browser session, however other types of cookie remain on your terminal until you erase them yourself. The latter kind helps us to recognise you upon your return to the website.
Using a modern browser, you are able to monitor, restrict or prevent the placement of cookies. Many browsers can be configured to erase cookies automatically after the program has been closed. However, if you disable these, you may be unable to use our website to the full.
You can prevent your browser from placing cookies, however by doing so you may limit some features of our website. You can also prevent the collection of data by Google relating to your use of the website, including your IP address, and also stop further processing. To do this, please make use of the following link to download and install the available browser plug-in: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
